Associated Custom Builders was founded over 50 years ago. Projects such as Woodlea Mill have earned the company the “Finest for Family Living” award for the past 16 times. Yeonas & Ellis was established in 1995 as an extension of the Stephen G. Yeonas Company. Its projects include Maplewood and the Reserve in McLean, VA as well as Woodmont in Arlington, VA.
